Des Jacklin on World Trophy, Leighton Bennett and all things BDO
The Winmau deal runs out the end of this month and the new One80 and L-Style deal(s) kicks in 1st August - so presumably they will be updating the website for then.

I did notice they have now changed the main picture today to just Mikuru with the World Champs trophy instead of the pic of both Duzza and Mikuru

Great news and it looks like it could be a good and intimate venue if they can get a crowd in.

Any idea if they are actually going to bother having an Asian qualifier this year?

Given the event is only a month away, and coupled with the lateness of announcing the venue, I would be surprised if there is an Asian qualifier at this late stage

If they did do you think players on the PDC Asian Tour would give it a go? Would they be able too? Would love to see Lim or Ilagan get in, they would probably have a fair run
