BDO World Darts Trophy 2018
Yes there should be some good games - I'm hoping I'll be able to find a stream for at least some of it - hopefully goldenarrows. I may try and work out how to use a proxy server as well so I can use the youtube feed

Quick fix. Download Tor Browser. It is totally legal so nothing dodgy. It routes you through another country so you will be seen by Youtube as Polish or something similar.

Darts are custom made 19g, made for me by David at Double Dee Darts. Great bloke, highly recommended.

Not heard of Tor before, but thanks for the name, I'll have a look into it in the next few days

It was originally build by some bloke in US Navy security I believe and it is based on Firefox. It is what they call onion skinning which just means it has a load of layers that are impossible to break through. Anyway it is clever and it works Smile

If you use Chrome get Hola it's for it, you just change your country

Still haven't had a chance to look into a vpn for this and it starts tomorrow.  I looked at chrome and that kept asking me stupid questions and stuff before it would install, so I decided against that one lol.

Anyway, this site has all the youtube links for anyone outside the UK who may want to watch - it's geoblocked in the UK Sad  Start time each evening is 7pm UK time, and there are afternoon sessions on Saturday and Sunday starting at midday.

Going to try and reclaim the TV off my kids before 7pm hits, lol. Looking forward to this.

Enjoy it - this is one of the few times I wish I had Sky instead of Virgin Media - will be missing out on the EDO events that are on Freesports next month as well Sad

I will lol, gutting that having Virgin stops you watching. There's always the PDC World Cup starting soon.

The Saturday evening session is actually on Virgin Media on the Premier Sports channel - unfortunately that's a subscription channel on VM. If they had all the sessions on that channel I would susbcribe, but no way am I shelling out just to watch a couple of hours of arrows on Saturday - as you say there's the PDC World Cup if I want to watch some darts.

Indeed, but the first game itself has started off great. The first 6 legs have been won in 15 darts or less.

There was reports of poor sales and last week i think it said they had only sold 196 tickets for all the sessions combined.

I think those are people who bought table tickets, which I believe are up to around 260 for all sessions combined now - I'm fairly sure there are also some who bought standing tickets that aren't included in that total.
