One80 Gladiator 3 dartboard review
Not sure if this will help anyone, but I've had this board pretty much since it was officially released in the UK, something like 7 weeks ago now.

Its been played on an average of 30-45 minutes per day, and I've never turned it (I know I know) and this is the current state of it:

One of the best wearing boards I've used! 95% of the hole heal really quickly - I can categorically say the Unicorn HD2 I had didn't look like this after 6 weeks.

Standing at normal throwing distance you'd think it's brand new.

It seems your holes heal slightly better than mine, what points have you been using?

Smooth silver points are used 90% of the time, but i do also throw storm and Target diamond cut ones too occasionally.
I find that when i pull the darts out, i raise or lower them slighlty as i remove them rather than just pull them out, and the holes heal up nicely

Not much different than me then, my board looks more like your Bull area all over, it was spitting out my smooth points occasionally so I had to scuff them though.

For 6 weeks I test a Gladiator 3 NPQ board, which I bought for 23 € and I must say that in 30 years of darts I have not encountered a better dartboard.
Board: One80 Gladiator 3
Darts: Harrows Eric Bristow 22g and Jim Pike Stefan Lord Classic Dart 24g

Yes I'm A One80 Gladiator supporter too, and I believe if everybody ignored the marketing jargon-ism like Dual Core? Dodgy  and such nonsense from other manufacturers when looking for a brilliant spec'd long lasting, quality board, they would always chose to buy a Gladiator.

My father Merlin, once told me that "You should end up pointing to what you were aiming at when you've released the Dart."

Looks great from where I'm sitting, the Blade 5 I just got is more than a little soft so the G2 I bought in March is almost certainly going back on the wall this weekend

Current Board
Gladiator 2 with Corona Surround and Unicorn number ring
Darts
Modified Unicorn Striker with RD medium sparkle stems, hardcore  charcoal flights and Target titanium stem rings

Playing 40 years on and off and still barely average

I'm still leaning more towards a G3 than B5DC when I get a new board in a couple weeks
