Finally a step in the right direction...I was impressed with the coverage of the Haye fight so hopefully this follows suit...

As Frank Warren was involved with this deal hopefully he is in for the long run - that would be huge for the BDO side of the game.

I've just been looking at the train times for this and Saturday is a possibility, but only if it ends near enough on the dot at 10pm. I may see about finding a travelodge or something near there for bank holiday Monday evening and come home on Tuesday instead as I definitely wouldn't mind going to this.
Hopefully they put some effective promotion into it as it could be a real stepping stone if it goes has been by no means well organised this far but they can still pull it out of the bag...would be a good trip bud

I think that will be what I'll be doing somehow - it won't be popcorn though, it will be a big bowl of choccies lol
I do look forward to I though. I was a bit nervous about the state of the BDO recently. I hope it all sorted as I just want to watch some quality darts.
Hopefully this is a success and a stepping stone for the BDO.
Tickets are cheap with a quality field of players.
Currently throwing 20g Wades badly at an Eclipse Pro

Fantastic news for the bdo and darts fans, things were looking shaky for a while with this one. Just a shame it's so far away and I can't get to it at sbort notice, the pilgrimage to Lakeside will have to be January again
County Durham's worst darter - Hitting single 1 for 22 years now

At last BDO a step in the right direction , very good news and not bad prize money for the players. Good to see Gotham has a wildcard . Looking forward to this one.
