Looks very solid. Elbow locked, arm straight, good follow through. I think technique wise you're good!

I've got no video available at this time (also I don't want to upload a video to Youtube or something to be linked here), but I've analysed a recent video and I'm in the process of changing my throw. So far I'm pretty optimistic.

Is the thing you don't like that you're brushing your chin with the dart?

This is a stack of the frames from this:

I shot it to see how straight my new darts fly. Aimed at the line between the D18 and D4. Couldn't get far enough away with the camera to get the whole board in.

Gee, thanks! As you can see, I don't quite have the muscle mass of Gerwyn Price, so I have to figure out some other way to make 'em fly. Sometimes it works (180s now and again) and sometimes it doesn't (usually miss the broad side of the barn from the inside). Tongue

Here's my throw.

The video was taken 4 years ago, but I'm sure nothing's changed

Like so many of us, I am not entirely happy with my throw. The thing that has been bothering me lately is the slight lifting of the shoulder during the follow through. Naturally there is more of it when throwing at the T20 (here a 121 and a 140) than there is throwing lower on the board, but I am just not sure if it is something I should be concerned about or just let it go. I feel otherwise relaxed enough throwing, but I just don't want to feel any tension anywhere.

Especially the last throw where I tightened up facing the possibility of throwing my first "televised" 180! Tongue

If I just go through the motion of throwing, it is not really noticeable, but the added force of actually throwing brings it out. It could have something to do with not having the strongest arms and not being the youngest kid on the block. What do you guys think?
