Keep other simple.....follow through to the target. Flyers/stabbing are a pretty good indication that your elbow is wandering

If your goal is no 1 or 5 you need to incorporate a drill that deliberately practices hitting20 only. Right now your improvements there are side effects of the other work

A 180 is not the measure of a player. A tight grouping instead. Lots of 180s. Moreover many 140 100 80 etc...it's called consistency
