I would strongly suggest keeping fit as a way to gain some competitive advantage. Brisk walking, plank exercises, swimming etc. Exercise helps with control over stress and the mental side of darts.

I would but I haven't found the right dimensions and grip just yet. I prefer a lighter dart now and sometimes tungsten sets are way too thin, and would prefer something a little more chunky.

Kite/pears aren't small flights? I thought they were tbh. Small flights and long shafts will probably suit a shorter front heavy barrel otherwise the throw will need accuracy for a smooth trajectory.
