I have a very low ceiling where I used to keep my dart board. 6'6" approximately where the oche was and 7' where the board was. Needless to say I skimmed the ceiling/punctured the ceiling tile often.....

I don't believe there is a problem with changing darts. it's legal to throw three different darts, if you wanted to, during a set. So, I can't see why changing darts would matter
